History

October 1970: Succession of UESHIMA CO., LTD. located in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, (established June 1959) with 10,000,000 JPY capital.
October 1970: UESHIMA CO., LTD. (Kobe) established with 10,000,000 JPY capital. Eight branch offices opened in Nagoya, Sakai, Kobe, Himeji, Kochi, Yonago, Kitakyushu and Kagoshima.
October 1970: Four branch offices opened in Kyoto, Okayama, Fukuoka and Kumamoto.
January 1971: Nakamura branch opened.
October 1972: UESHIMA CO., LTD. (Kobe) capital increased to 20,000,000 JPY.
September 1973: UESHIMA KOSAN established with 10,000,000 JPY capital.
November 1973: Osaka North Branch established.
February 1974: Kobe factory completed.
April 1974: Kobe Distribution Center completed.
